Is the kind of guy to switch in fights, amazing at defence but even better at offence
I’d write more for him but he’s me and my gf’s shared sona and I don’t wanna but in facts that may differ from her own ideas, so if I make that big post I’ll just add more!
Gilt (which loosely translates to “covered thinly in gold”) is not only because he’s the royal jeweler but also because he’s thinly covered in some gold flakes from his craft, he’s also got some specs in his eyes :))
He mostly wears an iron mask! This is so people in his Hyrule don’t recognise him as he’s more known for his affiliation with the royal family! He takes it off when he’s around people he trusts
His Zelda is much younger than him and he sees her as his little sister!
The scars on his face are from a fight from within his forge! He got some hot metal thrown at him
He was previously engaged to his Zelda’s personal handmaid, she died during his story however- her name was Margo (He used to call her Mango :’))) )
Au where the Chain end up in a Hyrule that none of them recognize as usual, travelling to find the Shadow when coming across a carriage being attacked and as heroes they, of course, go to save the people.
They succeed, as usual, and find within the Queen and some consorts. They’re all being thanked for the service before the Queen’s eyes land on Player and her jaw drops. Why? They look like her kid, one that passed away a few years before.
She mistakes them for the child before Player corrects her, feeling bad for the sadness in her eyes and apologising for her loss before the Chain leaves.
That night, Player gets kidnapped and ends up in the castle with the Queen excusing it as them being found alone, passed out in the darkness. Player doesn’t believe it because it’s just too coincidental but they’re not gonna tell the Queen that, they just need to find a way out without the Chain while also trying to be a therapist to this grieving Queen.
Meanwhile the Chain are ripping their hair out because they haven’t got a clue as to where Player is and they’re losing it.
It’s more wacky than anything with a side of angst
